We are registered as an organic farm. We strive for the very finest in healthy, preservative- and chemical-free gourmet food choices. When you open a jar of our preserves, you are preserving a way of life, which includes the heirloom variety harvests that are rapidly disappearing as farming becomes agribusiness.
